dynamic text based labels..

sounds exciting but all I want to do is replace the value with a string of text depending on the value.. it could tie in with the legend eg:
0 10 % = very poor
10 20 % = poor
30 40 % = fair
40 50 % = average
etc etc..

the reason is because some of my audience cannot put the data into perspective so I was hoping to spell it out a little

also is there any way I can drop the % signs from the legend? <-- not particularly important
