[PATCH][RFC] allows to graph max values from RRDs for 0.941

Hi.
I recently upgraded my installation to cacti 0.8.7a and php-weathermap 0.941,
so here is the new version of my patch adding the ability to graph
over a time period.

cd cacti/plugins/weathermap
patch -p1 < WeatherMap-0.94.1-maxDS.patch

usage : in the config file, add the new hint "rrd_cf" , with value
"max" or "min".

	TITLE Full map(bits/s), last hour peak traffic
	SET rrd_period 3600
	SET rrd_cf max
