How to display Netflow data with Weathermap

Hi,

I'm currently using weathermap to draw the traffic information stored in my MRTG files.
Now I intend to collect Netflow data from my routers and build the weathermap but just for one IP or a single port.
Has somebody experience on how to convert the Netflow data into MRTG graphics so that I can use them to draw the maps? 
Or alternatively, does Weathermap understand the data stored by some open software Netflow tool?
