Ok, I can keep on using mrtg for the traffic counters retrieved using snmp. Then, for the Netflow traffic data, I need to find a way/tool to convert this info into mrtg files readable my weathermap (I'm not very sure that this tool exits indeed) or as a last resort into rrd files using the tools you already suggested.
