Excuse my interjection on this thread Howard, but do you have a minimum 
required PHP version?  I tried a quick test of one of the .96 tests a few 
weeks ago and there was a PHP-ish problem, my PHP is quite old though: 
php4-4.4.4_1.

I'll reproduce it if you really want to know what it said, but if your 
answer is "your PHP is old, please upgrade and retest", that's fine too :)
