0.96 error

This is the first time I've setup weathermap with cacti (and using 0.96).  Am I missing something in the setup steps or is this a code issue?

Notice: Undefined index: action in /disk2/cacti-0.8.7d/plugins/weathermap/setup.php on line 145


It's fine if the url has ?action= in it or ?action=viewmapcycle however going into the cacti plugin with normally which doesn't have a ?action= statement, I'm getting the undefined value (Which is leading to some missing graphics, etc).

Thoughts?
