My PHP is php4-4.4.4_1 (Freebsd port).

Version currently running is

lrwxr-xr-x  1 netman  crast       20 Apr 20 09:36 weathermap -> php-weathermap-0.95b

(I try and keep in step with releases.  I tried one of the beta releases 
of 0.96 and that failed with the same error, but I forgot to report).

I will send config privately.
