If you run with --debug, you can see what values weathermap is reading. It's much easier to figure out than percentages. My first guess is that you are running with French (or other european) environment settings, and there is a parsing problem with ',' vs '.' in reading rrdtool output. The debug output would confirm that. You didn't say which version of weathermap you have, but that should be fixed in 0.97test versions, and perhaps 0.96a.
