I did some testing this weekend, and I think it is fixed now. Please could you download http://www.network-weathermap.com/svn/repos/trunk/lib/datasources/WeatherMapDataSource_rrd.php
and overwrite the same file in 0.97test4?You should be able to use weathermap without the LC_ALL=en_US then. Could you confirm for me?
