Link font does not follow link line after .95->.97 upgrade

I upgraded from .95b to .97a yesterday. Doing so seems to have made
the bandwidth text label to be in the incorrect spot on some links:

Before upgrade:

After upgrade (changed background color to see where the font is better):

As a test I enabled BWBOXCOLOR you can see that the boxes are in the
correct spot but the text labels are not:

Notice that this only happens on links that are pointed at around
"1:00-2:00" on a clock face (pointing up and right). Here's what my
link portion of the config looks like:
